* In keeping with the traditions of the Northwest Frontier, our chefs have created a special Tandoori menu. The choices of Lamb, Chicken or seafood are steeped in a special marinade, then slowly grilled in a clay tandoor oven. They are served with accompaniments of rice, crisp salad and a sauce of your choice.
